Terms of Service

These terms cover website services provided by Local Web Studio ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship operated by Marjan Dojchinoski in New Jersey, to the business that signs up ("you", "the client"). By starting a plan or making the first payment, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We design and build a website for your business, host it, register and manage its domain, and keep it updated. Reasonable edit requests are included in the plan (for example, changing text, hours, services, photos you provide, or contact details). Large new projects, such as adding online booking systems, stores or many new pages, may need a separate agreement, and we will tell you before doing any work outside the plan.

2. Plans and price

We offer two plans. Both include design and build, hosting, your domain, updates and edits as described in section 1.

• Plan A (Commitment): no upfront build fee ($0), then $99 per month, with a 12-month minimum term.
• Plan B (Flexible): a one-time build fee of $599, which includes your first month of service, then $99 per month starting in month 2, with no minimum term. Cancel anytime.

Payments are billed through Stripe to the payment method you provide. Monthly fees are billed monthly. If a payment fails, we will contact you; if it remains unpaid, we may pause the website until the account is brought up to date.

3. Minimum term (Plan A only)

Plan A has a 12-month minimum term that starts on the date of your first payment. After the 12 months, Plan A continues month to month. Plan B has no minimum term.

4. Cancelling

To cancel, email hello@localwebstudio.net. Plan A: if you cancel during the first 12 months, the remaining monthly payments for the minimum term are still due; after the minimum term, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Plan B: you can cancel at any time, with no early-cancellation charge; service ends at the end of the current paid month. The $599 build fee (which includes your first month) is non-refundable once your website has been delivered.

5. Your domain

While your plan is active, we register and manage the domain for your website. On your request, we will transfer the domain to you after the Plan A minimum term, or at any time on Plan B once all amounts due are paid.

6. Your content

You own the content you provide or that is about your business, including your business name, text, photos, logos and reviews you have rights to. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you give us. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. No guarantee of search rankings

We build sites to be fast, mobile-friendly and clearly structured, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular ranking in Google or other search engines, or any number of visitors, calls or sales.

8. Availability

We use reputable hosting providers and aim to keep your website online, but occasional outages or maintenance may happen. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or by services outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. The price will not change during a Plan A 12-month minimum term.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
